McAdoo Fire And EMS dispatched to 146 W Blaine Street for a MVA with Entrapment. Engine 49-15 and BLS 920 arrived on scene to find a pick up truck that t-boned a SUV. Driver of the SUV was entrapped in the vehicle. McAdoo Engine crew started extrication by removing the rear drivers side door and the drivers door. Hazle twp crew removed the B post with the O cutters. Patient then was removed from the vehicle. Total extrication time was 20 Minutes. McAdoo BlS transported the driver to Geisinger Trauma unit. APTS transported 3 patients to Hazleton General. On scene for approx 1 hour.
