Anyone else didn’t see much at the 6 week ultrasound, then came back later and saw a fetal pole with a heart beat? The doctor said looks like I’m not as far as I thought. Going back on July 8th but the wait is a torture. I’m attaching the ultrasound picture (transvagin*l)

It looks like you aren't as far along as you think. I had an early ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days (based off lmp) & baby was measuring 6 weeks 1 day & we could see the baby & heartbeat flickering. July 8th you should see more. Waiting is hard. I don't go back for another ultrasound until July 10th. I should be around 9 weeks then.

I went for my first appointment thinking I was 9 weeks already, turns out I was two weeks behind (7 weeks). Apparently i ovulated much later than what my period calendar calculated. Caused a lot of anxiety not going to lie. At 7 weeks baby was very small but they did find a heartbeat. I think you might just ovulated later as well. Give it a few weeks 🙏❤️

I have been doing a lot of reading on this topic and from what I've read, the fetal pole and yolk sac just might not be visible yet but could be forming. Could also be the angle of your uterus. You might not be as far along as you thought. Timing isn't 100% in what we think or the doctors. I hope things turn out okay for you.

I had an ultrasound on Tuesday and we were able to see the baby and flicker of the heartbeat and measuring right on track at 6w3d at the time. It was so small and still early for us but there. I go back again on the 11th for an 8 week one to confirm growth. Hopefully by the next time you go you’ll be able to see something! I agree with everyone’s comments you might just not be as far along as you thought

I had mine at 5w5d & they saw the sac & something inside but couldn’t determine what. Freaked me out but now I am 8 weeks & waiting until 7/8 for my next scan. Debating on doing a private one in the meantime but all my symptoms are there & no bleeding or spotting so I’ve just been telling myself all is ok

This week I was in the ER. I thought I was 6 weeks, but the ultrasound came back more like 5 weeks 4 days. All they could see was gestational sac and yolk. I don’t go back till July 11th for an updated ultrasound. It seems like this can happen when you are earlier than you think.
